SmoQue Signals Barbecue is Nashville’s premier BBQ joint on wheels. We cook Hickory SmoQue’d Southern BBQ the way it’s meant to be. Our method unites the modern Nashville food truck scene with old West Tennessee tradition, or as we like to say it, we are “Nashville Bred, Memphis Approved”. Our mobile BBQ joint serves Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, SmoQue’d Beef Brisket, SmoQue’d Turkey, Ribs (beef or pork), SmoQue’d wings, and much more! We even offer catfish and crawfish boils. We SmoQue our meats low and slow over hickory and oak with the occasional mix of apple, peach, or a little pecan for added flavor. Our meat is smoked daily, or more likely overnight, and we use only the finest freshest ingredients around. Our southern sides are prepared fresh daily, with side offerings according to the season, or upon special request.
We began in 2012 as just a small concession stand at our nephew Jaxton’s Pee Wee League games. By popular demand we branched out into catering and special events in 2013. In an attempt to better serve you this summer, we have finally brought our dream of owning a food truck into fruition. As a fully mobile, casual eatery we live, work, and play right where you do! Look for us around downtown Nashville, and all over the Metro Davidson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, and Williamson county areas. And don’t forget: we still cater! Any size crowd from 5 to 5 million. Pit barbecue is a technique that involves slowly cooking meat at low temperatures for long periods of time with smoke from a wood fire.  The origins of this style of cooking can be found in the Antebellum South, as well as the Caribbean.  Tennessee barbecue is a pillar of the BBQ culture, we bring a distinct taste that varies from other styles of BBQ.
